AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship all domestic orders using Australia Post, with tracking.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours.

It's OK to change your mind about what you want - we have a hard time choosing what we want so we totally get that!!
HOW TO RETURN ITEM/S:
Within 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) of receipt of your order, you have the option to return your order provided the items have not been worn or the tags removed.
Send the unworn item/s along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. (If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your return). Please allow 7 business days once your parcel is received for us to process your return and full refund.

Orders placed during "LAST CHANCE" sales are final and will not be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached; without makeup stains or perfume odours. Any returns where these are present will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item; should the package not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the transaction, so we strongly recommend using a trackable post option when returning your items to us, along with keeping a record of your posted item and cost of postage.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If an item is deemed faulty please return it with the additional details of the fault in the note. A store credit will be emailed to you on receipt and processing of the return if the "Caro Team" are in agreement that there is a fault.
Please note that due to Instagram filters, it is much better to use the images online as a real guide to the colour. In some instances the natural or photographic light can impact the colour versus the colour of the item you receive so please allow for very slight variations. If you are concerned about the exact colour, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team and we can arrange for further images to be sent to you.
Many of our garments, specifically our bags and leather items are made by artisans overseas in our handpicked communities. As such there may be visible irregularities due to the handmade nature of the product. We do not consider these to be faults, rather their charm and the will not be considered faulty if returned.
